Accelerate School Improvement
Develop teachers who confidently identify challenges, test solutions, analyze data, and scale successful practices that improve teaching and learning across the school.
Program Highlights

Duration: An 18-month leadership development experience requiring approximately 4–6 hours per month, including workshops, collaborative learning, coaching, and classroom-based improvement projects.
- Selection: Teachers are selected based on demonstrated leadership potential, a commitment to student success, and the capacity to influence and support colleagues.
- Ongoing Partnership: Graduates become part of the Schools That Lead network, providing your school with continued access to mentorship, collaboration, and a growing community of teacher leaders
Results From Cohort One
- 100% of the participant developed an Improvement Science change idea supported by data demonstrating promising outcomes for students.
- Approximately 81% of students whose teachers implemented an innovative change idea demonstrated measurable improvement in at least one of these area: attendance, student behavior, course performance
